Welcome to BookMe Baltistan. These Terms of Service explain how bookings made through BookMe Baltistan work. By making a booking or using this website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully, and contact us if anything is unclear.
Bookings
Bookings are made through BookMe Baltistan for hotels, tours, car rentals, activities and other travel services in Gilgit-Baltistan. The details of your booking, including the service, dates, guests and price shown at booking, are confirmed in your booking confirmation. Specific terms that apply to a particular booking are set out in that booking confirmation, which should be read together with these terms.
Payments
Payment is taken as shown during booking. Prices and payment methods available are shown at the time of booking. If payment cannot be completed, the booking may not be confirmed.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel a booking, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact details below. Changes and cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis, and any terms that apply to a specific booking are set out in your booking confirmation. Please do not assume a change or cancellation has been made until we confirm it to you.
Traveller responsibilities
Travellers are responsible for providing accurate booking information, arriving on time for their booking, and following the reasonable instructions and rules of the hotel, tour operator, driver or other service provider. Travellers are also responsible for any travel documents, permissions or items they need for their trip.
Liability
BookMe Baltistan acts as a booking platform connecting travellers with hotels, tour operators, drivers and other service providers. Those providers are responsible for delivering their own services. To the extent permitted by law, BookMe Baltistan is not liable for loss or damage caused by a service provider, or for events outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
